Gdańsk University of Technology will receive over PLN 1.1 million for international scholarship exchange of PhD students and academic staff from the PROM program of the National Agency for Academic Exchange.

The project includes financial support for the participation of 30 PhD students of Gdańsk University of Technology in foreign scientific conferences, whose subject matter is closely related to the subject of their PhD dissertations, as well as financial support for the stay of 20 PhD students at renowned universities and research centers outside Poland in order to carry out research necessary for their PhD theses.

The money will also be used to finance the participation of 20 PhD students from outside Poland in courses, workshops and study visits. Another 20 PhD students from abroad will receive financial support for participation in summer and winter science schools organized by the Gdańsk University of Technology. The project will be implemented from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020
