The Academy of Physical Education in Poznań begins cooperation with the Handball Association in Poland. Thanks to the contract, the Academy’s offer will include training for handball instructors as part of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies as well as specialist courses.
The training of handball instructors – level I EHF RINCK coaches will include BA and MA studies. The subjects will include anatomy, biochemistry of exercise, sports psychology, first aid, spot theory, and sports nutrition. In total, approximately 100 hours of theory and 150 hours of handball lessons are planned.
As part of the handball instructor course, implemented through an open application process, the subjects include functional anatomy and biomechanics, sports theory, training cyclicality, planning, training loads, biological regeneration, load registration, analysis of tactics in attack and defense, and are focused and special fitness exercise.
