Two didactic laboratories equipped with professional and modern equipment form a laboratory were created as part of the project entitled “Integrated Development Strategy of Academy of Physical Education in Poznań”. Scientific and research space will make the teaching process more attractive and enable students to conduct research.

The Laboratory of the Department of Dietetics was established as part of the project task related to the preparation of new educational programs – MA course in Dietetics with the specialization: nutritional prophylaxis in physical activity. The cost of the equipment is over 200 thousand PLN.

The laboratory is adapted to conduct classes in the following fields: Commodity science and sensory analysis of food, Commodity science – novel food, Food for sportsmen, Food hygiene and toxicology, Food quality analysis and evaluation, General and food microbiology. Students can also use the studio to conduct research for their master’s theses.
