The Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw is implementing the international project “Kid Move” devoted to physical activity of children and youth. The project is financed by the European Union through Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency.
The project is devoted to the physical activity of children and adolescents, the factors determining physical activity and its role in maintaining the efficiency of cognitive processes.
The project leader is the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from Helsinki (Finland) and the partners – in addition to the Wrocław university – are Windesheim University of Applied Sciences at Zwolle (Netherlands), Masaryk University at Brno (Czech Republic) and sports clubs: AZS-AWF Wrocław, Special Heroes – Arnhem (Holland), Bulldogs Brno (Czech Republic), Icehearts of Helsinki (Finland) and Sportunion-Steiermark – Graz (Austria).
