AGH and KRASP to host the Kraków Conversatorium – debate on internationalisation of the system of science and higher education

The AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland jointly organised the Kraków Conversatorium, in which representatives of HEIs and institutions performing tasks related to internationalisation on a daily basis discussed the internationalisation of the functioning of the system of science and higher education.

The participants include representatives of Polish and Ukrainian universities, representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the National Academic Exchange Agency, the Polish Academy of Sciences, the British Embassy, the Coalition for Improving Science Assessment Systems and the SOLARIS National Centre for Synchrotron Radiation.

According to AGH, the topics of discussion included problems of international alliances of universities, relations with institutions established to represent countries on the international arena – ministries and embassies, activities of Ukrainian scientists in Ukraine and abroad in the perspective of partnerships.
