The AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Krakow has signed an agreement with the SWPS University. The universities are planning to cooperate in the creation and implementation of a teaching offer and the conduct of interdisciplinary scientific projects.

The cooperation will consist in the creation and realisation of fields of study that complement their existing teaching offer in the areas of such scientific disciplines as psychology, legal sciences, sociological sciences, cultural sciences and information technology and telecommunications. 

The universities will be able to jointly create an offer of postgraduate studies and training. The agreement also paves the way for initiating and conducting joint interdisciplinary research and development projects.

“For many years, following the example of the best technical universities in the world, we have also been developing the humanities at AGH with great success. All the more so now, with the support of such an excellent unit, we will be able to expand our activities with new projects or jointly implemented fields of study”, said Professor Jerzy Lis, Rector of AGH.
