AGH University of Science and Technology and the Internal Security Agency to launch a cooperation agreement

The AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Krakow and the Internal Security Agency (ABW), the largest special service in Poland, have signed an agreement on research and teaching cooperation.

The agreement on cooperation between AGH and ABW will open new opportunities in the field of scientific research and implementations related to the field of security technology. The Internal Security Agency has the widest competences in the area of ​​protecting the internal security of the Republic of Poland, in particular in the areas of counterintelligence and anti-terrorism. Thus, the AGH students will be able to learn from experienced practitioners during didactic classes or workshops. The contracting parties also undertook to conduct joint research projects in the field of security. The AGH study Modern Technologies in Forensics, AGH educating specialists in the field of computer forensics or forensic analytics gained a valuable partner- the Internal Security Agency. Graduates have a chance to find employment as staff of forensic, chemical, pharmaceutical or biotechnological laboratories, as well as state officials.
