The National Center for Research and Development has announced the results of the second competition as part of the strategic research and development program “Modern material technologies TECHMATSTRATEG”. Half of the 12 projects recommended for financing will be carried out by the consortia with the participation of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
The TECHMATSTRATEG program covers five strategic areas: construction materials technologies, technologies of photonic and nanoelectronic materials, technologies of functional materials and materials with designed properties, waste-free material technologies and technologies of biodegradable engineering materials and material technologies for energy storage and transmission.
TECHMATSTRATEG is to stimulate the growth of innovation and competitiveness of the Polish economy. The total budget of the program is approx. PLN 200 million.
