The Center of Space Technologies of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow is inviting participants to a scientific seminar within the program Education and research in space technologies. A lecture “Moon – the impact of the results of basic research on engineering structures” will be delivered by Dr Eng. Karol Seweryn, Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Prof. Karol Seweryn is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics AIAA (since 2008) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers IEEE (since 2012).
His research experience focuses on three fields related to aeronautics and space technology. The key area is related to the analysis of the dynamics of satellite robots. The second area is technical research related to the development of mechatronic devices operating in zero gravity conditions. The third area is related to the work on scientific instruments for the European Space Agency (ESA) mission.
