PKP Intercity has signed a cooperation agreement with Poznan University of Technology. This is another agreement on joint scientific, technical and educational activities of the company with a partner from the world of science, which became the 16th university cooperating with the carrier.
The parties to the agreement announced an ongoing exchange of information regarding possible areas of cooperation in the field of ongoing research and development (R&D) work and the possibility of implementing the results of this work in economic practice. The cooperation will create new opportunities for students to develop their professional competencies. They will be able to take advantage of a wide range of offers including internships, apprenticeships, practical classes and study visits.
The subject of the agreement is also the organisation of conferences, seminars, workshops and symposia with the participation of students and academic staff, and the promotion of the railway industry and its development among the public. In addition, university staff will provide research, expert and consulting services to the company.
