The National Science Center has signed an agreement with the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) in Beijing. It will result in a bilateral competition for Polish-Chinese research projects in the field of basic research.
The competition, conducted in cooperation with the Chinese partner will be another bilateral project offered by the National Science Center. The Polish-Chinese projects will be supported in the field of life sciences, exact and technical sciences and selected disciplines in social sciences. The detailed conditions of the competition will be announced in June 2018.
– We hope that the Polish-Chinese program will attract so much interest as previous bilateral competitions. The selected direction of cooperation is no a coincidence. Establishing and strengthening relations with such an economically and scientifically active country as China will certainly serve the Polish academic environment – emphasized Prof. Zbigniew Błocki, director of the National Science Center.
