Scientific and educational cooperation of the Jagiellonian University with university centers in Pakistan was the goal of the visit of Shafquat Ali Khan, the ambassador of Pakistan at the Krakow university.

The Ambassador was received by Professor Wojciech Nowak, Rector of the Jagiellonian University. He visited the Institute of Middle and Far East, where he gave a lecture entitled “Foreign Policy of Pakistan. New Challenges and New Directions”.
