Until September 13, students and scholars can apply for the Scientific Award of the Mayor of Wrocław for scientific research integrating the academic environment in the city. Leaders and outstanding representatives of the Wrocław academic community are invited to submit the applications. We will know the winner of the award during the Environmental Inauguration of the Academic Year.

Applications for the Wrocław Scientific Award should contain a description of the candidate’s scientific achievements and their interdisciplinary activities, as well as a description of merits for the integration of the Wrocław academic / scientific / artistic community. The form of the application, taking into account the above conditions, is optional.

Recognizing interdisciplinary research as the source that can be used in a special way as a model of joint work of academic and artistic communities for the common good, which is the development of the city, President Rafał Dutkiewicz established the Scientific Award for research integrating the academic environment.
