Three applications submitted by the University of Zielona Góra received funding in the fifth program of the Minister of Education and Science “Implementation Doctorate”. 

The aim of the program is to prepare a doctoral dissertation that will help function a given enterprise. It is an alternative way of obtaining a doctoral degree for people who want to develop scientifically without resigning from work outside the university.

The following projects were selected for financing: “Mechanical removal of pollutants from bio-waste” in engineering and technical sciences / environmental engineering, mining and energy; “Improving the energy efficiency of electromagnetic relays” in engineering and technical sciences/automation, electronics and electrotechnics and “Analysis of physicochemical effects during the melting and casting of silicon bronzes on their technological and functional properties” in engineering and technical sciences / mechanical engineering.
