As part of a project funded by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR), in the INFOSTRATEG III competition, experts from the Information Processing Centre – National Research Institute (OPI) together with scientists from the Institute of Computer Science Foundations of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IPI PAN) have designed an ANSI information system. It will be used to identify consumer opinions on product safety and quality, including dual quality.

The development and implementation of the ANSI system will be completed by 2025 at the latest.

The OPI and IPI PAN tool will operate on the basis of methods and techniques from the field of artificial intelligence, especially machine and deep learning. The system will be used to identify products on the basis of multinational preferences and multilingual consumer opinions published on the Internet.

After careful analysis, these will be used to select and create a recommendation – whether or not to refer a product for laboratory verification.
