Students of the Wrocław University of Technology advanced to the finals of international competitions of autonomous vehicles NXP Cup. They took the first two places in the final elimination tournament in the Czech Republic.

NXP CUP is an international series of competitions in which student teams compete on designated routes with autonomous vehicles. The machines are made up of parts provided by the organizers, and the young constructors must develop the engine control module and the vehicle control software themselves.

Teams from the Scientific Circle of Mechatronics and Robotics prepared two models of autonomous vehicles. After a fierce battle, the Synergy team won. Their vehicle made the entire route in 17.2 seconds while the Synergia team with the score of 20.8 seconds took second place and also qualified for the final tournament in Germany.
