Awards for Poznań students and PhD students

Paweł Jeżowski received the Poznan mayor’s award for his PhD dissertation “Lithium-ion capacitors based on a pre-lithiation of a graphite electrode from a composite positive electrode”. This is the 14th municipal competition for the best master’s and PhD theses – informs Poznan University of Technology.

In the category of PhD dissertations, Julian Balcerek was awarded for “Human-computer interfaces for supporting automatic hazard recognition”; Przemysław Bartczak was awarded for “Assessment of sorptive abilities of natural materials in the removal of selected inorganic and organic pollutants from water systems” and Rafał Brodziak for “Synthesis of scenarios for operation and control of the process of water recognition using the method of artificial infiltration”.

In the master’s thesis category, Iga Chudaska was awarded for “Methodology of designing and rapid manufacturing of upper limb prosthesis components”, and Rafał Krzysztof Nowak for “Visualization of process control in a smart building”.
