Competition for the Oskar Halecki Award will be provided in four categories: the best scientific book devoted to the history of Poland and Poles in the 20th century; the best popular science book devoted to the history of Poland in the 20th century; the best source publication devoted to the history of Poland and Poles in the 20th century; the best memories of the history of Poland and Poles in the 20th century.
Books and electronic publications (e-books) published in Polish for the first time between July 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021 may be submitted to the competition until May 16, 2021. Publishers and rectors have the right to submit books to the competition. universities.
