Bialystok University of Technology (PB) has signed an agreement of intent with TRUMPF Huettinger concerning the development of joint scientific and research work or apprenticeships and the completion of theses by students of the PB Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

One of the aims of the agreement is to improve electrical and electronic knowledge, particularly in the areas of power electronics, electronics, programming and automation.

“Our R&D department already employs very good engineers educated at the Białystok University of Technology”, emphasised Dr Marcin Żelechowski, Director of the Research and Development Department at TRUMPF Huettinger Sp. z o.o.. In addition, we have already cooperated with the Białystok University of Technology on implementation projects, the results of which have also contributed to the development of our company, he added.

The Polish branch of TRUMPF Huettinger focuses on the design and production of power supplies for plasma processing. It also designs and then manufactures world-class power supplies for the semiconductor sector and many other industries.
