The branch of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) in Stalowa Wola received an investment subsidy from the budget of the Podkarpackie Province.  The grant agreement was signed by the Plenipotentiary for the KUL Branch in Stalowa Wola, Dr Michał Wyrostkiewicz in the Marshal’s Office in Rzeszów.

This year’s grant will be used for the purchase of an innovative and professional device for measuring and analyzing body composition using the electrical bioimpedance method. The analyzer is a diagnostic device used in the work of hospitals, doctor’s offices and professional dietary offices.

-We will buy the best analyzer available on the market from the funds granted by the Marshal’s Office. It will equip our teaching base for the newly launched dietetics course, – emphasizes Dr Michał Wyrostkiewicz.

He adds that the grant awarded by the local government authorities indicates that the branch of the Catholic University of Lublin in Stalowa Wola has a real impact on the development of science in Podkarpacie.
