The next call for the Polish-American Fulbright Commission’s scholarship programmes to travel to the USA is underway. The Fulbright Programme is the United States’ largest scientific and cultural exchange programme, established in 1946.
In Poland, the Fulbright Programme has been operating since 1959 and has more than 5,000 graduates. Participation in the Fulbright Programme is a unique opportunity to gain new academic and personal experiences, including establishing contact with American universities to conduct research or to begin master’s or doctoral studies, meeting interesting people and American culture.
Most importantly, the Fulbright Programme gives students the opportunity to carry out their own research or teaching projects in the USA. Most of the programmes apply to all scientific fields.
There are currently calls for six programmes to travel to the USA.
