Conducting scientific research, promoting and disseminating the arts and organising popular science events are the main objectives of the agreement signed between the Saxon Palace Company and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) in Warsaw.
The joint activities of both institutions are related to the restoration of the Saski Palace, the Brühl Palace and the tenements on Królewska Street in Warsaw.
The agreement was signed by the Company’s representatives: President Jan Kowalski and Board Member Robert Bernisz, and the Rector of UKSW, Rev. Prof. Ryszard Czekalski.
The aim of the cooperation is to ensure the highest quality of the rebuilt edifices, taking into account all historical and cultural details. The cooperation will consist of scientific and artistic tasks and the work of University researchers from various disciplines so as to ensure that the cultural heritage is cared for.
