The Carpathian State Higher School (KPU) in Krosno has signed an agreement with the largest companies from this city to launch dual studies in automation and robotics.
Such studies will be largely practical, thanks to KPU’s cooperation with four companies: Nowy Styl, BWI, Splast and Erko.
-Cooperation with companies gives us access to modern technologies at their disposal and the ability to create modern engineering study programs – says Prof. Zbigniew Barabasz, rector of KPU in Krosno.
Students of dual studies, starting from the second year, will participate in internships in companies during the academic year, throughout the entire education period. Classes will be held in the three-day system at the university and two days at the workplace.
The companies will decide for themselves how many and whom among the young people they want to employ. The culmination of cooperation will be an engineering thesis, written in terms of the specificity of a given company, and providing the best students with internships.
