The Center for Incubation and Technology Transfer of the Silesian University of Technology (CITT) has received a promotional emblem and the title of “Innovation Leader 2021” during the 14th International Fair of Inventions and Innovations Intarg 2021.
In the “Innovation Manager” category, the Center received the emblem and title for significant contribution to improving the implementation of research results into business practice. In justifying the selection, the jury emphasized the leading role of CITT in promoting the use of scientific research results in the modern economy, animating research and technological cooperation and supporting innovative activities of enterprises.
The promotional emblem and the title of “Leader of Innovation” is an honorary distinction awarded for special merits for inventiveness. The aim of the award is to honor and promote people and institutions whose activities contribute to the development of inventiveness, technology transfer and the promotion of the culture of innovation.
