The Renewable Energy Center of the University of Zielona Góra in Sulechów received a nomination in the Ekostrateg 2018 economic program. The program aims to reward companies and institutions that care for the natural environment, looking for innovative solutions for the economy.

Ekostrateg is a nationwide image program aimed at companies in the energy sector and public institutions dealing with environmental protection. The originator of the program is the Polish Agency of Entrepreneurship. The basis for the nomination of the Renewable Energy Center are numerous activities in the field of research and development in the energy sector, as well as active cooperation with the scientific community.

The awarding ceremony will take place at the Poznań International Fair during the 6th Polish Congress of Entrepreneurship on September 24-25.
