The Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security was officially opened at Poznan University of Technology (PP). The task of the new unit will be to integrate the scientific and business community and to build the infrastructure, as well as the competitive potential of all institutions implementing artificial intelligence and/or cyber security projects.
The creation of the centre is an opportunity to increase the international competitiveness of Polish science, increase the competitiveness of the economic sector, develop human resources and popularise artificial intelligence and digital security techniques.
It is particularly important to establish this initiative in the capital city of Wielkopolska, where high-tech projects are carried out by Poland’s leading universities and research and scientific institutes, which operate within the network of European universities. Many leading international and national high-tech IT companies also operate in Poznań.
