Chocolate for participation in the study of olfactory memory

27.03.2018

Agnieszka Sabiniewicz, PhD candidate in the fourth year of psychology at the University of Wrocław, conducts research on olfactory memory as part of her doctoral thesis.

The survey in which everyone can participate is anonymous, takes about 40 minutes and is memorizing and naming smells, presented in the form of “fragrants markers”. The aim of the project is to determine the cognitive and personality correlates of the olfactory memory.

Because so far very little has been known about the olfactory memory, the author counts on the current study to understand its connections with other parts of the human psyche. Each participant will receive information about the level of their olfactory memory, profile of personality traits and the level of working and spatial memory. And in addition – chocolate.
