The Clinical Research Support Center of the University of Opole will be established at the University Clinical Hospital (USK) in Opole. It is a university and hospital project that will provide scientists with assistance in carrying out medical research ventures. Almost PLN 8.8 million in funding for its implementation was granted by the Medical Research Agency.

The new unit will be located in the vicinity of the emerging Center for Research and Innovation in Civilization Diseases – Cardiovascular Diseases and Spine Diseases. The building of the former hospital laundry will be adapted to the needs of both centers.

– Thanks to the compatibility of these projects, in the highly specialized Opole center we will be able to offer professional staff supporting scientists from the University of Opole in preparing documentation and soliciting financing for research projects in the field of medicine – says USK director Dariusz Madera.
