The University of Life Sciences in Poznań (UPP) will cooperate with the Canadian University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver. The cooperation agreement is in line with one of the objectives of the Poznań University’s Development Strategy – strengthening international cooperation.
The agreement aims to strengthen the relationship between UPP and UBC in education, research and capacity-building by promoting academic exchanges, a comprehensive strategic partnership in research conducted in the fields of food technology and human nutrition, veterinary medicine and land and water systems.
The University of British Columbia in Vancouver is one of the world’s top 24 universities in the area of Life Sciences & Medicine, by the QS World University Rankings. It is ranked 33rd HEI, according to the Times Higher Education in Life Sciences 2023 ranking.
