The Institute of Social Economy of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw is organising a competition for diaries and memoirs “Inflation in the everyday life of Poles”. A picture of the everyday life of Polish citizens and how they deal with inflation will be reconstructed from individual fates and individual problems and successes.

The organisers of the competition want to find out what inflation means in everyday life, what you have had to give up and what you absolutely do not want to give up, how you fight inflation, or maybe instead of fighting it you try to tame it, do you have credit, and if so, how do you cope with instalments, what do you do with your savings?

Until 20 March 2023, the organisers of the competition are expecting diaries, journals and notes in another form (e.g. blog) written in Polish between November 2022 and March 2023, which have not been submitted to any other competition.
