Academic freedom, strengthening the social policy in higher education and improving the teaching and learning process were the main topics discussed at the Conference of Higher Education Ministers of the countries of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), held online in Rome. The meeting was attended by Minister Przemysław Czarnek and Deputy Minister Anna Budzanowska.

-Higher education is an important factor for shaping the personality of young persons in all their dimensions. Not only in order to obtain qualifications needed on the labor market, but above all to live in society, take responsibility and create conditions for comprehensive development – said Przemysław Czarnek.

The minister also emphasized the role of universities in the process of transferring values ​​and in teaching attitudes based on truth and goodness.
