The participants of the Economics, Ecology and Infrastructure at High-Speed Railways project have met at the University of Economics in Katowice (UE). The project is financed by the European Union as part of the Erasmus + program.
The project involves UE in Katowice, the Technical University of Dresden from Germany (leader), Technical University of Madrid from Spain, M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, Tynyshpaev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications and Eurasian National University from Kazakhstan, as well as the Russian Federal State Budget Educational Institution for Higher Education “Emperor Alexander I of St. Petersburg State Transport University”, Ural State University of Transportation and Far Eastern State Transport University.
The main objective is to support the transfer of knowledge in the field of railway engineering, in particular high-speed rail, through the exchange of knowledge and skills between partners.
