The Congress of Health Challenges, after the Health Market Forum one of the biggest debates on health care in Poland, will be held at the International Congress Centre in Katowice on 9 and 10 March. The Congress agenda consists of six thematic tracks: Pharmaceutical market; eHealth and new technologies; Management and organisation of the system; Patients: how to help them?; Diagnostics; Man-medicine at the centre of the health care system. 

Congress participants include eminent specialists representing more than a dozen medical disciplines, representatives of the world of science, politics, local government administration, non-governmental organisations – including those representing patients – as well as the economy, business, the pharmaceutical industry, finance and the insurance market.

Each year, the event is attended by several thousand people. Retransmissions of the individual sessions are also hugely popular. The opening session of last year’s Congress was replayed as many as 138,000 times on the Internet.
