The Institute of Political Science at the University of Gdańsk will cooperate with the Association of Honorary Consuls in Poland. The cooperation agreement was signed by the Director of the Institute of Political Science, Dr Arkadiusz Modrzejewski, Professor of the university, and Jan Stravinsky – President of the Association and Honorary Consul of Bulgaria in Gdansk.
“This agreement institutionalises cooperation which is already underway and its effects are already visible, such as the conference in March devoted to Honorary Consuls in modern diplomacy”, says Prof Modrzejewski.
The cooperation between the Institute and the Association will include such activities as the organisation of academic seminars, the preparation and implementation of research projects and support for teaching on diplomatic subjects. Soon students of the Institute of Political Science and will be able to participate in classes and events prepared jointly by the Institute and the Association.
