Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin and Szczecin Shipyard “Wulkan” have signed a letter of intent announcing the pursuit of joint initiatives. In the document, the partners announce the organisation of internships, training and apprenticeships for students.

The letter of intent is an expression of the will to cooperate, the aim of which will be, in particular, to increase the chances of graduates of the Technical University on the labour market by broadening their knowledge and skills in terms of gaining practical experience during student internships, training and apprenticeships, carried out jointly at the shipyard.

The partners announce the implementation of joint development and research, training and teaching projects. They also intend to develop each other’s competencies by conducting joint research and training projects. The cooperation is also intended to guarantee expert exchange of personnel and allow for constant contact between the scientific and business communities.
