Rzeszów University of Technology (PRz) and the University of Rzeszów (URz) have entered into a cooperation agreement concerning the development of an interdisciplinary urban regeneration project for Rzeszów as part of their teaching activities. 

The agreement stipulates that students of architecture from the Faculty of Construction, Environmental Engineering and Architecture at PRz will develop design concepts as part of their course in architectural and urban design with revitalisation, and students of landscape architecture from the College of Natural Sciences at URz as part of their course in integrated design.

The universities have also started cooperation in conducting joint didactic and scientific projects aimed at mutual exchange and supplementing the knowledge, skills and experience of employees and students of architecture and landscape architecture. 

One of the planned outcomes of the cooperation will be not only interdisciplinary conceptual projects for the urban transformation of Rzeszów, but also exhibitions and discussions.
