Julia Karska, a doctoral student in the Department of Psychiatry at the Medical University of Wrocław, will participate in the prestigious TopMinds 2024 programme, organised by the Polish-American Fulbright Commission and the Top 500 Innovators Association.

TopMinds is a mentoring programme aimed at young Polish scientists (students and doctoral students). Persons who stand out in the scientific field, are full of passion and ambition, and who not only focus on success in academia, but also on continuous development, may apply for participation in the programme. The programme includes mentoring meetings, workshops and training, during which participants plan their scientific career paths, learn how to achieve goals or build a personal brand. 

The participants were selected on the basis of, among other things, their motivation and aptitude, a convincing and coherent description of their goal and expected results, their approach to an academic career and their professional and development plans for the coming years.
