Dr Eng. Agata Guzik-Kopyto from the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, the Silesian University of Technology won the first prize in the national competition for authors and promoters of the best research projects carried out by students and doctoral students of “StRuNa 2021”. The award in the Tutor of the Year category was awarded for supporting the Biomechatronics Student Scientific Society “Biocreatives “.

The organizer of the “StRuNa 2021″ competition is the FPS Foundation (Fundacja Pomocy Studentom). The Foundation is a fully independent, nationwide non-governmental organization with a broad profile of activity (civic supervision, education, research, information campaigns). The competition was co-financed by the Ministry of Education and Science.

The aim of ” Biocreatives” will solve problems in biomechatronics, engineering biomechanics and derivative sciences by participating in scientific seminars, conferences, courses, trips to fairs and carrying out own projects.
