An employee of the Jagiellonian University Department of Penal Law, Dr. Mikołaj Iwański, author of the book “Criminal liability for corruption offenses”, won the 9th Wolters Kluwer and “Przegląd Sądowy” Competition for the law book most useful for the practice of justice.
27 books were submitted for the competition, and the jury, chaired by Jacek Gudowski, a judge of the Supreme Court, member of the Editorial Board of the Przegląd Przegląd Sądowy, also awarded two additional prizes. They were received by Aleksander Klich for the book “Proof of expert opinion in civil proceedings. Expert doctor “and Mikołaj Małecki for the item entitled” Preparation for crime. Dogmatic and legal analysis “.
According to the regulations of the competition, the author of “The law book of the most useful legal proceedings in 2016” received the prize of PLN 10,000.
