The inventors of the modern Eco Fresh II air purifier have won a total of 7 awards at the International Invention Fair in Bangkok (Thailand) and the Malaysia Technology Expo 2019.
The Eco Fresh II is a modern device for effective removal of health-hazardous volatile organic compounds, fat vapours, NOx, SO2, H2S and harmful microorganisms from the air. The device is the result of cooperation between the team of Prof. Adriana Zaleska-Medynska from the Department of Environmental Technology, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Gdańsk and the PHU Dytrych company from Lodz with the Institute of Biopolymers and Chemical Fibers.
The device is supposed to improve the quality of air in gastronomic premises. Its main function is to prevent from the unpleasant odours, fat vapours and harmful compounds caused by burning, frying and grilling in the kitchen (especially the so-called open kitchens).
