Dr Olga Grzybek and Maciej Tuszkiewicz from the Department of Computer Science and International Accounting at the University of Economics in Katowice have been qualified for the international Early Career Researcher Development Programme, organised by the International Association for Accounting Education and Research, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Romania’s Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
The programme is aimed at researchers from central and eastern Europe and aims to develop the competences necessary for academic work in the area of financial and non-financial reporting.
Participants will attend international scientific conferences and workshops. The first will take place on 5 and 6 June in Bucharest. Immediately after the workshop, the ‘Accounting and Management Information System AMIS 2023’ conference is scheduled, where they will be able to discuss their research among renowned researchers from around the world.
