The ENHANCE consortium consisting of 7 technical universities: Warsaw University of Technology, Berlin University of Technology, RTWH in Aachen, Chalmers Technical University in Gothenburg, Norwegian Technical University in Trondheim, Technical University in Milan and Technical University in Valencia submitted an application on February 26, 2020 in the program European Commission “European Universities”.

Striving to achieve the status of high-class research units, the universities introduced innovative teaching methods on a wide scale, making the offer more flexible for students, doctoral students, academic and administrative staff, and reduced bureaucratic barriers. They are goals that the universities cooperating in the consortium have adopted.

Participation in the ENHANCE consortium is an opportunity for the Warsaw University of Technology to cooperate with partner universities in the field of innovative teaching methods, joint solving of scientific and technological problems and implementation of projects in the field of internationalization of universities – said Prof. Eng. Jan Szmidt, rector of the Warsaw University of Technology.
