The Faculty of Food Sciences and Nutrition of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań was nominated for the Symbol 2020 title for the implementation of the project “Development of innovative lines of full-value substitutes for meat products based on plant raw materials with the use of functional additives”.

Symbol 2020 is a nationwide promotional program run for 10 years by the editors of “Monitor Rynkowy”, an independent supplement distributed with the “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and “Monitor Biznesu”, an independent supplement distributed together with the newspaper “Rzeczpospolita”.

The Symbols show appreciation for past actions and achievements. They are honored by companies and institutions whose brand have become representative for the activity of the entire industry. The Symbol program, conducted on the basis of a strict methodology, is a program that confirms the highest quality, effectiveness of management and sustainable development policy.
