The development of the program for start-ups, the productivity strategy and national smart specializations, as well as the Platform for Industry of the Future Foundation are current initiatives of the Ministry of Enterprise and Technology.

Robert Nowicki, deputy director of the Department of Innovation at the Ministry of Enterprise and Technology, announced that the productivity strategy will soon be made public and the ministry intends to support up to 400 Polish start-ups under the ScaleUp acceleration program.

The ScaleUp acceleration program will be a continuation of the pilot project as part of the Start In Poland project. Young, innovative companies can receive co-financing in the amount of up to PLN 250 thousand, and the total budget of the entire acceleration program is PLN 120 million. The program is to operate until 2021.
