On 29-31 March 2023, the First Conference of Scientific Circles within the Via Carpatia Polytechnic Network named after Polish President Lech Kaczyński, funded by the Ministry of Education and Science, will be held by the Lublin University of Technology. 

It should be recalled that the network consists of three technical universities: Białystok University of Technology, Lublin University of Technology and Ignacy Łukasiewicz Rzeszów University of Technology.

The aim of the conference is the development of Eastern Poland’s regions and broadening of knowledge in the fields of education, science and commercialisation, as well as the promotion of Polish science as a pillar of society’s development. 

The idea, however, is to create an inter-university system enabling the exchange of knowledge and experience and the permeation of potentials among students. This will be achieved through the integration of students and tutors associated in scientific circles.
