Food safety – a new course of the University of Jan Długosz in Częstochowa

Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Humanities and Natural Sciences in Częstochowa is launching new post-graduate studies in the field of food safety and quality.

The curriculum includes modules: commodity science and food technology, food hazards, organizational and legal aspects of the operation of food production plants, food safety systems, quality management, food and nutrition quality, quality and food safety management systems and food standards.

These are studies for educated professionals employed in units associated with the production, distribution and control of food, and for educated professionals people who want to improve their competences. Their goal is to systematize and broaden knowledge in the field of food safety and quality.
