From October 17, employees, PhD students and students of Gdańsk University of Technology will be able to submit their proposals to the third civic budget. The university authorities allocated half a million PLN for this purpose. Projects implemented in previous programs included mobile student workshop, elevator control and defibrillators.

– Previous citizen budget programs were successful. I am glad that employees and students are involved in activities that make our campus more beautiful and contribute to the comfort of work and study – says Prof. Jacek Namieśnik, rector of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

Projects that gain the most support in the voting will be entered into the PG budget and will be completed by the end of 2019. As for previous years, the budget amounts to half a million PLN, of which 350,000. PLN is allocated for employee projects, and 150,000 PLN for student projects.
