The Gdańsk University of Technology will cooperate with the Institute of Hydroengineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IBW PAN). The partners agreed to conduct joint activities that will enable the implementation of their mutual needs and integration of both environments.

The most important areas of cooperation are the mutual promotion of achievements in civil and environmental engineering (in particular inland and marine engineering), organization of student internships, supporting talented students and the activities of research clubs, and applying for joint research grants and international projects, as well as publishing joint results wash.

The university undertook to organize specialist consultations, support the work carried out at the Hydraulic Laboratory of IBW PAN, conduct training of technical and engineering personnel, and undertake important topics in civil and environmental engineering in theses and work of students’ research clubs.
