Gdańsk University of Technology to implement the innovative Intelligent Secure Trustable Things project

Gdańsk University of Technology and the Maritime Office in Gdynia will start implementing the international InSecTT project, dedicated to counteracting cyber-attacks in the Internet of Things and improving the safety of shipping. The value of the project is over EUR 44 million.

The InSecTT (Intelligent Secure Trustable Things) project is an international research initiative based on the Horizon2020 program, which includes the most important companies and scientific institutions from all over Europe (a total of 52 partners from 11 European Union countries and Turkey). They are developing secure Internet of Things systems on a daily basis, supported by solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.

Gdańsk University of Technology plays a significant role in the InSecTT project as a leader in one of the key implementation areas and a supplier of components and original technological solutions, and the Maritime Office in Gdynia will be one of the first beneficiaries of the project, which will be implemented for the next three years.
