Graduates and students of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and Poznan University of Technology have created an application that will allow users to quickly report and manage failures. Not only hotel and apartment managers can use it, but also service companies.

The idea to develop the application appeared a year and a half ago, when an IT company founded by graduates met the manager of the urban greenery in Jelenia Góra. The planning of renovation and cleaning works was carried out there by phone calls, sending dozens of emails and verbally assigning tasks, which took a lot of time.

The ” Usterka” system streamlines time-consuming procedures. It consists of a mobile application on a smartphone and an administration panel to which users can log in via the website. The application is primarily used by employees who report failures, repairing crews, and the panel coordinates their activities.
